Online Booking System

The online booking service is provided to pharmacies as part of the Pharmacy Dashboard package. The booking system is integrated with the WinRx Appointments module. It can be accessed through a link on your website or provided as a link to any other platform. It is also available through iEMR (our free cell phone app).

Getting Started

Contact support to open an account. Upon receiving the username and password for Pharmacy Dashboard, log in to your dashboard and go to My Account > Store Profile > Edit Appointment Reasons.

Appointment Reason

Create reasons and specify available days and hours per reason. Set up appointment intervals and number of appointments available per interval for each reason. You can also provide multiple DINs for each reason to check in stock level and prevent overbooking. You can exclude specific dates in future, e.g. stat holidays.

Book an appointment

Upon requesting an appointment, an email confirmation is sent with the appointment's date and time. If there is no available date or pharmacy is out of stock for the DINs, waitlist option is provided. Email and text message reminders are sent from the WinRx Appointments module.
